The Bomb -Spark Naturals Essential Oils - A Force To Be Reckoned With

"The Bomb" Spark Naturals,  Shield - Melaleuca - Oregano

In my opinion every single household should have these three oils in their home. When the first symptoms of someone getting sick appear this should be the first thing you grab. We call it the "Bomb" because it bombs out the virus.  Colds, Flu or just don't feel right start this right away. Don't wait!

One thing that is special about PURE Essential Oils that they can penetrate a cell and kill a virus when Antibiotics can't.  When you use these three oils together every three hours they will can continue to kill the virus until it is gone.  Don't miss. Keep it in your purse, car, work just in case the symptoms start to appear.

                   SHIELD

                         MELALEUCA

                          OREGANO

How to apply:

Adults - Using a 00 empty capsule (you can purchase these at your local health food store or Amazon), fill with 5 drops of Spark Naturals Shield, 5 drops of Melaleuca and 3 drops of Oregano.  Did you know that Oregano is a natural antibiotic?  Take every three hours and don't miss a dose! If you miss a dose you will be giving the virus time to multiply.

Children - Apply to the bottom their feet. If there is a fever you can apply 2-3 drops of diluted Peppermint to their feet as well to help cool them down. I like to put a cold rag on their head as well.

In the Diffuser I usually diffuse Breathe if they are sick in their room. Shield in the other rooms to kills any airborne pathogens. In the middle of the night I refill the diffuser with more. Lavender helps them sleep as well.

There are lots of good Diffusers out there but you don't have to get an expensive one.
My favorite is the Spa Vapor. The kids love it because it changes SIX different colors and they can watch it while they sleep. You can purchase these at:

www.myoilbusiness.com

Use the code SPAVAPOR and you will get at $24.99 discount which brings it to only $25.00. I have one of these in every room.

Spark Naturals Essential Oils - An Affordable Option

Spark Natural Essential Oils - An Affordable Option

Most of you who know me and have followed Riches to Rags by Dori know that I love Essential Oils. I have been using them in my family for a long time now. I have learned how to take care of my family and our health with oils. It is a wonderful feeling when you are able to help your child in the middle of the night with a fever, cough, cold and headache in the comfort of your home with something natural. My kids have learned about the oils and use them when they need them. They are also teaching others about the great benefits of Essential Oils.  They believe in them because they have worked for them.

DigestZen Essential Oil GIVEAWAY

DigestZen Essential Oil GIVEAWAY

WINNER - LINDA PETERSON

Could it really be that simple? A cup of water and three drops? Yes.

I have forgotten how wonderful it is until my husband decided to eat McDonald's and Popsicles shortly before going to bed. Hmmm, I wonder why he was complaining of a sick stomach. I gave him a cup of water with 3 drops of DigestZen in it and said "Drink it". He drank it and within minutes the sick stomach was completely gone.

This reminded me of how well this works. I use on my kids by putting three drops of fractionated coconut oil and two drops of DigestZen and rub it on their stomach where it hurts and it does an amazing job.

Sauteed Garlic Lemon Pork Chops with Mushroom and Onion

 Pictures by Savoring the Thyme

Sauteed Garlic Lemon Pork Chops with Mushroom and Onion

Wyoming is crazy! We went from 60 degree weather to 60 mph winds that ripped the rain gutters off our house, to a blizzard and now a nice sunny day with blue skies in a matter of just a few days. I'll take the sunshine any day! It has been a long long winter.

I could eat these right out of that picture. Those look so good. I am always looking for a great recipe for Pork Chops and I ran across this one at Savoring the Thyme. Pork Chops can be very plain but this is a really delicious way to make a wonderful meal served with veggies and a salad.

Crunchy Buffalo Chicken Salad with Bacon and Spicy Ranch

Pictures by How Sweet It Is

Crunchy Buffalo Chicken Salad with Bacon and Spicy Ranch

I have always loved salad, even since I was a young girl I can remember going to Marie Calender's and having the best salad bar ever with Hot Bacon Dressing and Blue Cheese. We had a big family and we would sit in the table by the fireplace. Good memories.

To this day I still love a good salad and this one caught my eye. We all know I love Bacon so that is an automatic plus, plus there is Blue Cheese which is another bonus. It just gets better from there.

I found this recipe on a great blog called How Sweet It Is. Great recipes that you will love and I love her food pictures. I look forward to many of these delicious salads.
